General:

  • Club Day is today! Bring money to buy lunch from the clubs on campus, or just swing by to see how you can get involved.
  • The leadership class is sponsoring a Pennies for Patients drive from now through March 10th. Bring money to your first period class to help fund the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s research on blood cancers in children.The class who raises the most money will win a bagel breakfast.
  • Need Community Service Hours? Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter is having a Service Day opportunity on Sunday, March 5th.See flyer outside the main office for more information.
  • Planning on taking an AP Test?You will be able to purchase your tests beginning Monday, February 27th in the finance office at lunch only.Last day to purchase is March 17th. Cost $95 per test.

Seniors:

  • Come to the counseling office to check the spelling of your name for you diploma.
  • New scholarship opportunities. Native Daughters of the Golden West and Cardinal Club.Scholarship applications are due next week.See Lauren of application.
  • Come turn in your senior quotes in the photography room next to the tennis courts at lunch tomorrow.

 Sports:

  • Stop by the Security Office to check out the new beanies and baseball hats.Just $20.

  • Interested in a summer science research internship at UCSC?Come to an informational meeting today at lunch in room 31.

Seniors:

  • Seniors, a list containing your names as they will be printed on your graduation diploma is in the counseling office. Stop by counseling and check the list to make sure your name is spelled correctly.

General:

  • Sophomores who have signed up for the PSAT. There will be a mandatory pre-administration meeting tomorrow at in the auditorium at 12:30. Please bring a number 2 pencil and a binder or book as a writing surface. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Poirier.
  • Don’t sit at home alone on Tuesday Night. Curl up with a good book! Take a chance on a “Blind Date with a Book” and take home a new friend to be part of your personal collection! Happy Valentine’s Day from the Library!
  • If you are interested in traveling to the Channel Islands for a fun, scientific look at what some call "The Galapagos of North America" with Ms. Falls this summer, there will be a parent information and sign up meeting Wednesday the 15th at 6 pm in room 22. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to spend 3 days on a boat, touring the islands, learning about the kelp forest, hiking in areas that are rarely seen by humans, and working with marine biologists and researches from UC Santa Barbara. Don't miss out. Come find out more on Wednesday.
