General: 

  • Parking Pass application are available in the main office or outside the finance office.Passes will be sold starting tomorrow, August 27t, at lunch only in the main office.See Kathy.They city will start issuing tickets on September 9th in the high school parking zone. Tickets are currently being issued on the residential side of the street.
  • Principal’s Advisory Committee applications are available in the main office. Applications are due Tuesday, September 3rd.

CLUBS:

  • Link crew meets today at lunch in room 61.
  • Club Congress is meeting, September 2nd at lunch in room 61.
  • Club Rush will occur on Friday, September 13th during lunch in the quad. 

Sports:

  • Still have opening for fall sports. See Coach E is you are interested in participating.
  • Open gym tonight from 8 – 9:30 pm.

General:       

  • If you did not pick up your yearbook on Friday, you can pick up your yearbook in the finance office.  You must bring ID to pick up. We will have yearbooks for purchase.  You can purchase your yearbook with Kathy in the main office. Cost $90
  • Your library wants you to have good books to read this summer, so here's the deal: Return your overdue library books -- Select a Free Book to take home! Come pick a great book from the library -- Yours to keep!  
  • Still need a summer job?Boardwalk is currently hiring summer employees that are age 14 and up. Why work at the Boardwalk? You get paid to have fun with the customers, you see the ocean every day. It’s a great first job and you make friends. Stop by the Human Resources Office, across from the Carousel, for an “instant Interview”. No appointment necessary. The office is open Monday – Saturday.
  • All students.If you do not need your textbooks for finals, turn in your textbooks to the textbook room. 

 Clubs: The following clubs meet today during lunch.

  • Women’s Equality in room 74.
  • Math in room 11. 

Seniors:

  • Last change to buy tickets for GRAD NIGHT is this week.Seniors don’t be left out on this fun event at the Boardwalk Bowl. Tickets include bowling, arcade games, movies, karaoke, photo booth, limitless pizza, sliders, French fries, nachos, and Marianne’s Ice cream with a complimentary pair of socks. Ticket prices are $75 so get your ticket today. Grad night is June 7th from 9 pm to 1 am. Go to schspta.weebly.com/grad-night-2019 to buy your ticket.

  • Cabrillo College Summer Energy Academy is June 17-21.Please see your counselor if interested.
  • Students interested in a one week Cyber Security Camp at Cabrillo please sign up in the counseling office.This course is free. Topics covered will be digital forensics, splunking, cryptography and more. 
  • Your library wants you to have good books to read this summer,so here's the deal: Return your overdue library books -

  • Happy Senior Week! Today is tourists vs locals day, if you are dressed up, come to the quad to enter a giveaway. Tomorrow is school pride.
